Obtaining service

 

          How to obtain service:

To be eligible for Meals on Wheels you must have a referral from My Aged Care or be registered with a Home Care Package provider.

You may either call My Aged Care yourself or have a family member call for you on 1800 200 422.

Alternatively, you may go to the website;  https://www.myagedcare.gov.au/

If you require meals urgently while waiting for the My Aged Care referral to be processed, contact our office on 4997 0800 on Monday, Wednesday or Friday between 8.30am and 12.30pm.  If the office is unattended, please leave a message on the answering machine.
